For NU, the definition of premises is not limited to buildings or grounds owned, but to realistically creating a wholesome community that has all the facilities that make students' and employees' lives rewarding and worthy.  

As the first national, autonomous, non-profit research university in Egypt, NU believes that its role is merged to include awarding academic degrees, conducting research and raising awareness in the community to enjoy culture and arts through the provision of abundant places and areas that help the community to shape up.
