Introduction

NU has determined to establish the Institutional Research Office (IRO) unit, which is a major step by NU leadership towards adopting modern governance principles.

Objectives and Scope

The IRO unit supports the decision making process, by systematic data collection and analysis, periodically monitors the academic operations and makes sure that it is achieved. Hence leadership should be updated regularly by key KPIs.
A necessary step towards this goal is the harmonization of discrete activities including automation, accreditation, evaluation, and bench marking.
