Financial markets are changing rapidly, together with the explosion in technology we are experiencing, coupled with increasing worldwide competition, new financial instruments appearing almost every day; financial reporting in Banks and financial institutions are emerging as an indispensable part of management information systems that provides valuable information to managers to guide them to produce high-quality services, provide outstanding customer services, and to do so at the lowest possible cost making. This course is designed to deepen the understanding of banks financial reporting concepts, related accounting standards for financial institutions and applications in today’s banking environment.
