Elarion is responsible for Performing a role in long-term planning and establishment initiatives aimed at operational distinction, Providing administrative support to strategy implementation, Managing the logistics of the project, including developing inventories and budgets, purchasing and offices locations, Coordinating the overall effort to achieve Nilepreneurs’ strategic goals, Meeting periodically with unit heads to follow up progress and resolve bottlenecks, Submitting periodic activity progress reports to IECC Director, Assisting in the design of the different Programs and units’ operations workflows and procedures, Prioritizing operational issues and work on resolving them in an efficient manner, Liaising with grants office to ensure compliance to grant, Acquiring necessary approvals, Liaising with finance to ensure disbursement of funds for required payments, Supervising procurement activities and ensures smooth flow of procurement operation and Following up on university different departments to ensure the timely execution of IECC’s requirements.
