Function

The University Registrar is the administrator responsible for the student class enrollment and records, as well as all students plans and registration process. The office maintains class lists, keeps record of the grades and curriculum prerequisites, prepares the honors lists, transcripts and enrollment letters, determines students' graduation eligibility and plans the commencement ceremonies.

Credit Transfer

Students seeking credit transfer and have attended studies in another institutions must submit the official academic transcript, course descriptions and certificates proving attendance at the institution, even if the credit hours have not been earned. They must have an overall GPA not less than 2.0 out of 4.0.

Online Payment

1. Click on http://studentspay.nu.edu.eg

2. Fill in the required information 

3. Click on " Pay by Credit Card " 

4. Select paying by "Visa " or "Master Card"

5. Fill in the Credit Card details 

6. Save your Credit Card transaction number 

7. Send an email to finance@nu.edu.eg

            . The email subject should include the name of your process and the semester in which the request is done. i.e Online Tuituion Payment , Spring 2020.

            . The email body should include the student's full name, the university ID, the amount of money paid and the credit card transaction number.

Bank Payment

 - Steps for paying by bank deposit or transfer to QNB Bank:

1. Pay by bank deposit or transfersing to QNB Bank :

2. The documents needed to be presented at the bank:

           . The name of the person depositing.

           . A copy of the national ID of the person depositing.

2. Send an email to finance@nu.edu.eg

            . The email subject should include the name of your process and the semester in which the request is done. i.e Bank Transcript request, Spring 2020.

            . The email should include a scanned copy of the receipt.

            . The email body should include the student's full name and the university ID.

3. Keep the original receipt.
