Congratulations to Dr. Mostafa Attar and Dr. Sahar Selim, NU assistant professors at ITCS school, on their accepted project from ITAC entitled “Lung Cancer Detection in Chest XRay Images Empowered by 3D Computed Tomography Deep Convolutional Radiomics (CXRClear)”. ITAC, one of the initiatives of Information Technology Industry Development Agency – ITIDA, finances three categories of collaborative funded projects, CFP: Product Development Projects (PDP), advanced research projects (ARP), and Preliminary Research Projects (PRP). ITAC fosters these research projects to build an innovative knowledge economy. The initiative establishes close ties between industrial and research partners for the benefit of the society.
