This course includes the methods used in determining the most effective utilization of effort in human activity systems; work methods, analysis and design; micromotion analysis; human and rating factors; predetermined time systems; work samplings; computer-aided time study; learning curves; lean concepts; fundamentals of line balancing; worker compensation.
