Course topics include the selection process, compensation, performance development and evaluation systems, talent management, corporate training, and maintaining an effective and fair work environment. Like other management practices, human resource management has been undergoing major changes. This course is designed to familiarize students with current human resource best practices and laws that apply to their careers regardless of their field.
