The course examines techniques and policies of financial management in an international environment. The course comprehensively covers the principles involved in all the traditional areas of corporate finance, including working capital management, capital budgeting, cost of capital and financial structure, taxation, foreign exchange risk and evaluation, and control of operations. All topics are approached from the perspective of a multinational corporation. The course will also address the latest trends associated with digital transformation such as Artificial Intelligence (AI).
