This course introduces renewable energy technologies. Emphasizes exploration of principles and concepts as
well as the application of renewable energy technologies (RET). Explores topics such as energy consumption,
the pros and cons of renewable energy, energy production and cons, energy conversion, environmental
issues and concerns, biomass and biofuels, geothermal, wind, power, solar power, nuclear power, and
hydropower systems.
