Since World Intellectual Property Day is being celebrated, the Technology Transfer and Marketing Office (TICO) at Nile University will organize a webinar entitled "The Role of Intellectual Property in Maximizing the Value of Research Activities" in cooperation with the National Academy of Intellectual Property and the Innovation and Technology Support Office at the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology. The event will take place on Monday, April 5, 2021, from 11 am to 1 pm.
This webinar aims to shed light on the effective role that the intellectual property system plays in encouraging innovation and scientific research, and how a faculty member or researcher can benefit from this system in maximizing the value of research work. It also sheds light on the patent system, copyright and scientific research ethics.
