Sara Khalifa is an architect/urban designer, who earned her B.Sc. Degree in Urban development and community design from Cairo University. she is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Cairo University in Urban development and community design focusing on human aspects in design and urban planning. Specialized in Environment and Behaviors Studies in Urban Design of Public Spaces linked to its socio-cultural and psychological dimensions. She has participated in several projects and studies with national and international organizations. She serves on several committees such as Code and Local Rating System Development in Egypt. On the academic level, she teaches architecture and urban design on part-time basis in several departments of architecture.
