Emeritus professor of accounting at faculty of commerce Alexandria University. Received BS and MS degrees from Alexandria University and Ph.D. from University of Georgia – Athens USA.

He served as the executive director of the English section at faculty of commerce Alexandria University and has many textbook publications in principles of financial accounting, special accounting systems, and advanced financial accounting.

His teaching experience spans a wide array of subjects including financial accounting and management accounting at both of undergraduate and graduate level.
