Mirame Mahmoud is an instructor in the Architecture and Urban Design program at the school of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Nile university. She graduated from Architectural Engineering and Environmental Design at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime-AASTMT-Cairo, Egypt in 2014, and acquired academic qualifications: RIBA ((the Royal Institute of British architects in England)). Part I, she earned her M.Sc. degree in Architecture and urban design from Cairo University in 2020 in the field of Urban streets design and users’ preferences. Additionally, Mirame is a Ph.D. candidate in the urban design and planning department at Ain shams University. She received a faculty excellence award in CIC - Cairo Campus of Cape Breton University- 12th annual convection, 2019. Also, she participated in national and international workshops and accumulated her professional experience in the Architecture and Urbanism Group – AUG working on a variety of architecture urban design projects. Research interest in urban design, public spaces, smart, sustainable solutions and environmental behaviours and psychology.
